We do NOT:

6. Your Rights and Choices
Access Your Data: You can view all your data within the PayDeck360 app at any time.
Export Your Data: Contact us at paydeck360@gmail.com to request a copy of your data in a portable format.
Delete Your Data: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- Log in to PayDeck360
- Go to Profile menu
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion by typing "DELETE"
When you delete your account:
- All paycheck data is immediately and permanently deleted
- All calendar and time-off data is deleted
- Your authentication credentials are removed
- This action cannot be undone
Opt-Out of Emails: Service-related emails (password resets, account notifications) are necessary for the service. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt-in.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active:
- Active Accounts: Data is retained indefinitely while your account exists
- Deleted Accounts: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Backups: Data in automated backups is purged within 30 days
- Legal Requirements: We may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., tax records, dispute resolution)
8. Children's Privacy
PayDeck360 is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such information.
9. International Users
PayDeck360 is operated in the United States. If you are accessing our service from outside the U.S., please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers and databases are located.
