In Short: These terms govern your use of PayDeck360. By using our service, you agree to these terms. We provide a paycheck tracking tool (not financial advice), you pay a subscription fee, and you can cancel anytime.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PayDeck360! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PayDeck360 regarding your use of our paycheck tracking and calendar management service.
By creating an account or using PayDeck360, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PayDeck360 is a web-based paycheck tracking and calendar management tool designed for shift workers. Our service helps you:
- Track complex pay schedules and shift patterns
- Calculate regular pay, overtime, double-time, and triple-time
- Manage holidays, vacation days, and sick leave
- Project tax withholdings and year-end earnings
- Visualize work schedules on a calendar
- Store paycheck history and financial data
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use PayDeck360.
Account Creation: To use our service, you must create an account by providing:
- A valid email address
- A secure password
- Accurate registration information
Account Security: You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Restrictions:
- One account per person
- Do not share your account with others
- Do not create multiple accounts
- Do not use someone else's account
4. Subscription and Pricing
Subscription Plans:
- Annual Subscription: $44.00 per year, billed annually
- Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month, billed monthly
Free Trial:
- New users receive a 14-day free trial
- No credit card required during trial
- Full access to all features during trial
- Trial converts to paid subscription after 14 days if you choose to subscribe
Payment:
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- We accept major credit cards and debit cards
- We never see or store your credit card information
Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- Annual subscriptions renew yearly on the anniversary of your subscription date
- Monthly subscriptions renew monthly on the same day each month
- You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before renewal
Price Changes:
- We may change subscription prices at any time
- Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
- You will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase
- Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancel through your account settings or by emailing us
- No penalties or fees for cancellation
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time after cancellation
Refund Policy - 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
- If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Email us at paydeck360@gmail.com to request a refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refund policy applies to first-time purchases only
- After 30 days, no refunds are provided
Failed Payments:
- If your payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again
- You'll receive email notifications about failed payments
- Access may be suspended until payment is successful
- After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be cancelled
6. User Responsibilities
Data Entry: You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate paycheck information
- Verifying all calculations with your employer
- Maintaining accurate records
- Updating information when your pay structure changes
Prohibited Uses: You may NOT:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to hack, breach, or circumvent security measures
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
- Reverse engineer or decompile the service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or malware
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Share or resell your account access
7. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
⚠︠CRITICAL: PayDeck360 is a TOOL, NOT Professional Advice
We Are NOT:
- Certified Public Accountants (CPAs)
- Tax advisors or tax preparers
- Financial advisors or planners
- Licensed professionals in any field
What This Means:
- All calculations are ESTIMATES based on data YOU provide
- Tax projections are approximations and may not be accurate
- You must verify all paycheck calculations with your employer
- You are solely responsible for accurate tax filing
- Always consult a qualified tax professional for tax advice
We Are NOT Liable For:
- Incorrect data entry by you
- Tax penalties or interest from IRS or state agencies
- Missed deductions or tax credits
- Paycheck discrepancies with your employer
- Financial losses of any kind
- Errors in our calculations or estimates
Use PayDeck360 at your own risk. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings.
8. Intellectual Property
Our Rights: PayDeck360 and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Rights: You retain all rights to the data you enter into PayDeck360. We claim no ownership of your paycheck data, schedules, or personal information.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PayDeck360 for personal use only while you maintain an active subscription.
9. Service Availability and Support
Uptime:
- We strive to keep PayDeck360 available 24/7
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
- We'll provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible

- Support is provided in English only
10. Limitation of Liability
Service Provided "AS IS": PayDeck360 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of calculations
Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to PayDeck360 shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (maximum $44 for annual subscribers, maximum $59.88 for monthly subscribers).
No Liability For:
- Lost data or corrupted files
- Calculation errors or inaccuracies
- Tax penalties or financial losses
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party actions (Firebase, Stripe, etc.)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayDeck360, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
12. Termination
You May Terminate:
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- Delete your account permanently
- Stop using the service
We May Terminate If You:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the service fraudulently or abusively
- Attempt to hack or compromise the service
- Chargeback payments without valid cause
- Engage in prohibited activities
Effect of Termination:
- Your access to PayDeck360 will be immediately revoked
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- No refunds will be issued for early termination (except as specified in refund policy)
- Sections that should survive termination (liability, disclaimers) remain in effect
13. Modifications to Service and Terms
Service Changes:
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
- We may add new features that may require additional fees
- Major changes will be communicated via email
Terms Changes:
- We may update these Terms at any time
- We'll notify you of material changes by email and in-app notification
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
- If you don't agree with changes, you may cancel your subscription
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution:
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues
- Most disputes can be resolved through good faith discussion
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas
Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Texas.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PayDeck360.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any third party.
No Partnership: These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and PayDeck360.
